Welcomed by U.S. President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle, Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi arrived at the Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh for the opening reception of the G20. Before a vigorous handshake with Obama, then a hug and a pat on the shoulder.
