(AGI) - Rome, 6 August - ISVAP announced that the marketing has been reported in Italy for third party liability car headed to the following companies established in the Federal Republic of Germany or Poland: Allianz Versicherungs AG (headquartered in Königinstrasse 28, Monaco di Baviera), Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsgesellschaft Direktion für Deutschland AG Herrn Prof. Dr. Wolfram Wrabetz or Helvetia Versicherung AG (headquartered in Berliner Strasse 56-58, 60311 Frankfurt), von Wüstenrot Württembergische Partner (based in Gutenbergstrasse 30 , 70163 Stuttgart), Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń the Reasekuracji Warta SA (located in ul. Chmielna 85/87, 00-805, Warsaw), Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczeń (PZU) Ltd (based in Al Jana Pawa II 24, 00-133, Warsaw). ISVAP informs that these insurance companies, despite being authorized in their country of origin of the branch RCAuto year, have never indicated that it intends to operate in Italy. The work they perform is not so regular as these companies do not have the country's representative for claims management and tax representative or acceded to the UCI and the Guarantee Fund for Road Traffic Victims.
